MILES WALTON

Group Managing Director – BVI

Miles is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners (TEP). Having worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years in Jersey and the BVI, his further qualifications include the UK Securities Institute Investment Management Certificate and a BA degree in International Business with marketing and management.

Miles joined the Osiris Group as Managing Director of the BVI trust operation in October 2009. Prior to joining the Osiris Group, Miles was head of Equity Trust’s International Incorporations Division and a director of trust and fiduciary services for Equity Trust's BVI, Panama and Bermudan offices since July 2004.

GEORGE TITAN

Group CFO and Strategic Director – Mauritius

George is a member the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants CA(SA).  George has over 8 years’ experience in various business sectors including the financial services and global business, while working for companies including Deloitte, and Big World Mobile in South African based roles, and Tourvest and Wings Corporate Travel in a group capacity managing complex multi-national structures. He has acquired significant expertise in areas of finance, taxation, strategic planning, company structuring, consolidations, treasury, risk management and controls; he serves on the board of various domestic and global business entities. George is also an executive director of OCS.

DIANE GILLESPIE

Group Legal Counsel – Mauritius

Diane is a South African admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer and holds an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town (cum laude). She has worked for the Osiris Group for over nine years as group legal counsel, where she has been responsible for the group’s legal support. This includes corporate transactions and commercial drafting, as well as the provision of tax and structuring advice to high net worth and corporate clients, with a focus on tax planning and corporate finance. She has project managed several listings of companies and mutual funds on various stock exchanges, from inception to completion, and has been intimately involved in preparing listing particulars and other listing documentation, raising finance and related activities.

SHAILEN RAMGOLAM

Compliance Director – Mauritius

Mr. Baboo (Shailen) Ramgolam is a Member of the ACCA. He has over 16 years of professional experience in the global business sector and has been involved in group structuring, pre-incorporation tax advice, company set up, general administration, fund administration, secretarial and accounting services and has also stepped in as director on several boards of Global Business companies. Shailen also spent some 6 years in the UK where he worked for small and medium accounting firms. In addition, he was a Manager in the Corporate Services Team of IQ-EQ, leading a team of 10 professionals and handling a wide portfolio of clients, including large multi-national companies and high net-worth individuals. He is currently the Compliance Director at OCS, where he is responsible for the compliance framework and strategic developments of operations.
