As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we wanted to reassure you that the wellbeing of our clients and employees will be at the forefront of everything we do. We will of course continue to adhere strictly to Government advice in all the jurisdictions in which we operate, whilst remaining fully committed to providing an ongoing service to clients across all areas of our business.
We are reviewing and monitoring developments continuously, and our approach will inevitably continue to evolve. As a global business, we have been able to learn from our global network and ensure that our key offices in BVI, Mauritius and Cayman have implemented the necessary risk management initiatives. We can assure you that we have been able develop our IT systems and other business infrastructure to support smart working, that will ensure we continue to deliver a nimble, first class service to our clients throughout the weeks to come. There of course may be delays with couriers around the world so where possible we would prefer to deal with the transmission of electronic documents and not originals. We are aware that the Registry departments in both Cayman and BVI may be subject to staffing reductions and that may incur processing delays. In the event that you need documents urgently we suggest that you always opt for an express service where possible.
Our offices in BVI, Cayman and Mauritius thankfully are more isolated than most places in the world and as a result our office network remains open and operational, supported by staff on the ground and working remotely. You can continue to contact us as normal (our office numbers will be diverted as required), and for those clients on Microsoft Teams, Skype or Whatsapp, you are welcome to contact your usual Osiris contact through those means.
You can be assured that we will continue to deliver the high levels of service you rightly expect during this time.
