Delta Africa Property Holdings Ltd (Delta) has just released its mid-year results, see below. Delta is a Mauritius GBC1 which is listed on the stock exchange of Mauritius and the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Osiris is pleased to see this superb set of results being announced as Osiris has assisted Delta with the migration of the company and the listing from the Bermuda Stock Exchange to Mauritius and the Mauritius Stock Exchange. We have also assisted in the strategic planning of Delta’s investments into Africa which now include Morocco (see the new treaty between Mauritius and Morocco in an earlier blog), Mozambique, Zambia and soon to be Kenya and others. We have also assisted with the relocation of senior personnel into Mauritius and the acquisition of Delta’s new head office building in Grand Bay.
